About AI Tools For Me
There are thousands of AI tools, and most “best of” lists read the same. We built this site to answer a narrower question: which tool fits the work you actually do, at a price that makes sense for you?

We add a category only when we can cover its main tools with prices we have read ourselves.
What you get on every page
- Prices with a date. Every plan price comes from the vendor’s own pricing page, read from a US connection, and shows the day we checked it. The most recent check on the site was October 30, 2026.
- The real cost, not just the plan price. Many AI tools charge per seat, per credit or per AI answer. Where that matters we work out what a realistic month costs, using only published list prices, and we show the arithmetic.
- Who it’s for, and when to skip it. Each recommendation says who the tool suits and when another tool fits better.
- Sources you can check. Every page lists the official pages we read.
What we don’t do
- We don’t publish star ratings, user reviews or testimonials we didn’t collect.
- We don’t say we tested a tool unless we did. Our pages are based on official pricing pages, documentation and help centers, and they say so.
- We don’t guess prices. If a pricing page hides its numbers, shows only a non-US currency, or doesn’t say whether a price is monthly or yearly, we leave the gap and explain it rather than fill it in.
- We don’t sell placements. Affiliate commissions never decide whether a tool is listed or where it appears.
How we keep pages current
AI tools change plans often. When we update a page we re-read the pricing page first, and when a vendor changes something that matters, such as a cheaper plan gaining commercial use or AI features moving to a lower tier, we correct every page that mentions it. Each page shows when it was last updated.
