What does Synthflow do?
Synthflow is a platform for AI voice agents: software that answers and makes phone calls for a business, for example to book appointments, qualify leads or answer common questions. It runs its own phone network and is sold to larger companies through a sales team.
- Inbound and outbound calls. Voice agents answer incoming calls and place outgoing ones, for jobs like routing callers, booking appointments, qualifying leads and answering FAQs.
- Flow designer. A visual editor where you map out what the agent says and does, with sub-flows, templates for common industries and hand-off to a human when needed.
- Built-in telephony. Synthflow runs its own phone network and also connects to your existing phone system or any SIP-based provider.
- Integrations and actions. Connects agents to CRMs, calendars and contact-center software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Cal.com and others are named), plus webhooks and an API.
- Other channels. The same agents can work over chat and SMS; a WhatsApp integration is listed.
- Analytics. Tracks usage, performance and call outcomes so you can review and improve agents over time.
