What does TestDriver do?

TestDriver is an AI QA agent for software teams. You tag it on a GitHub pull request; it runs the change in a real desktop sandbox, uses a vision model to click, type and read the screen like a person, reports the bugs it finds and opens a pull request with end-to-end tests your team can keep.

  • Pull request reviews. Tag @testdriverai in a GitHub repo and it runs each pull request in a real desktop sandbox and reports the bugs it finds.
  • Vision-based tests. A vision agent reads the diff and writes tests that click, type and read the screen, with no CSS selectors or DOM setup.
  • Plain Vitest code. Generated tests are standard Vitest files delivered in a new pull request, so they run the same on a laptop and in CI.
  • Self-healing. When a cached element no longer matches, TestDriver asks the AI to find it again and updates the cache.
  • What it can test. Web apps, Chrome extensions, native Windows and macOS desktop apps, VS Code extensions, and hard cases such as canvas, video, iframes and OAuth flows.
  • Debugging and reports. Video replay of failing runs, network logs, CPU and memory metrics, pass-rate and flakiness dashboards, and JUnit XML export.
  • Self-hosting. Enterprise is self-hosted at a flat monthly price; the site links to an AWS deployment option.
