What does AgencyAnalytics do?

AgencyAnalytics is a client reporting platform for marketing agencies: it pulls data from 90+ integrations into white-label dashboards and scheduled reports. It costs $20 per client a month billed yearly ($25 monthly), with unlimited staff users. It suits agencies reporting to many clients; skip it if you only manage your own site.

  • Automated client reports. Build reports from templates and schedule them to go to every client automatically, with roll-up reports across accounts.
  • Live dashboards. Per-client dashboards plus cross-client views that roll performance up across all the accounts you manage.
  • 90+ integrations. Connect any number of integrations per client, such as analytics, ads, social and SEO tools; some allow several accounts per client.
  • White-label client portal. A branded portal where clients log in to see reports and results, with custom domain and custom email options.
  • Goals, alerts and anomaly detection. Set KPIs and goals per client and get alerts when metrics dip or behave unusually across accounts.
  • AgencyAI insights. An Ask AI feature that scans client accounts for trends and opportunities and drafts meeting briefs.
  • AI Tracker add-on. Tracks how brands appear in AI answers: visibility, sentiment, position and citations, sold in blocks of 250 credits.
  • MCP and API access. Use client data inside ChatGPT and Claude through MCP, or pull it via the API and Google Sheets integration.

Checked on Oct 29, 2026 (prices in USD; the page says CAD, AUD, NZD, GBP and EUR can be chosen at checkout and that pricing may vary by region). The Core plan is priced per client: 10 clients cost $200 a month billed yearly ($2,400 a year) or $250 a month billed monthly ($3,000 a year), so yearly billing saves 20%. Yearly plans need a one-year commitment; monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Add-on prices shown are billed yearly (about $250 a year per 250 AI Tracker credits and $500 a year per 500 tracked keywords); with the monthly toggle the page shows $25 and $50 for the same add-ons. The page doesn't say what one AI Tracker credit buys. Its FAQ still mentions older Agency and Agency Pro plans without prices.

AgencyAnalytics pros and cons

What stands out

  • Simple per-client pricing with unlimited staff users, reports and dashboards
  • White-label client portal is part of the Core plan, not an extra
  • 14-day free trial with no credit card, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime
  • Optional AI Tracker covers AI search visibility in the same reports
  • Accepts cards and PayPal, with billing in six currencies

Watch out for

  • Cost grows with every client you add: 30 clients is $600 a month billed yearly
  • Rank tracking and AI visibility tracking cost extra
  • The page doesn't explain what one AI Tracker credit covers
  • Yearly billing locks you into a one-year commitment
  • It reports on data from other tools; it isn't a keyword research or site audit suite
  • Volume pricing for 25+ clients isn't published
