Landbot is a no-code builder for AI chatbots on your website and WhatsApp that qualify leads, book meetings and answer FAQs, mixing button-based flows with AI grounded in your knowledge base. Starter is €32/mo billed annually (€40 monthly), and there's a free plan. It suits marketing and sales teams; skip it if you need a full helpdesk.

• No-code visual builder. Drag-and-drop flow builder with 55 templates for lead generation, sales and support bots.
• AI agents grounded in your content. AI answers come from your own knowledge base, and you can mix them with button-based steps for critical paths.
• AI Copilot. Describe what you want in plain language and the Copilot builds the workflow, which you can then edit.
• WhatsApp Business bots. Qualify, follow up with and support customers on WhatsApp Business, via the Professional WA plan or a WhatsApp add-on.
• Human handoff. Hand a chat to a person with the full conversation in a shared inbox, from Starter; each person needs a seat.
• Integrations. Native two-way HubSpot and Salesforce integrations plus 20+ others, and 500+ more through Zapier and n8n; premium integrations and webhooks start on Professional.
• Landbot AI Skills. Build a conversion agent from AI coding tools; Landbot says it works with Claude Code, Claude desktop, Codex and Cursor.
• Agent Studio. Landbot's team designs, builds and runs your agent; included in Business and sold as a service on other plans.

Starter billed annually (€40 billed monthly): 500 chats and 100 AI chats a month, 2 seats. Professional is €80/mo yearly (€100 monthly) with 2,500 chats, 300 AI chats, CRM integrations and webhooks. Landbot's FAQ says it bills EU customers in euros and everyone else in dollars, detected automatically; we don't convert. Annual billing saves 20% and is a 12-month commitment: Starter costs €384 a year billed yearly vs €480 billed monthly, and Professional €960 vs €1,200. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial, then drop to Free. Extra seats are €25/mo. AI chats are counted and billed separately from regular and WhatsApp chats.
