What does MeetGeek do?
MeetGeek is an AI meeting assistant that records Zoom, Google Meet and Teams calls, transcribes them, writes summaries and pushes follow-ups into your CRM or task tools. Pro costs $9.99/user/mo billed yearly, and there is a free plan. It suits teams with many recurring calls; skip it if you rarely meet online.
- Bot or bot-free recording. A notetaker can join Zoom, Google Meet and Teams from your calendar, or you can record without a bot using the desktop app, Chrome extension or mobile app.
- Transcription in 100+ languages. Automatic language detection, speaker identification and custom vocabulary.
- AI summaries and templates. Summaries for every meeting with 30+ templates and automatic meeting-type detection.
- AI Chat across meetings. Ask questions about one meeting or your whole library and search by keyword, speaker, topic or date.
- Meeting agents and workflows. After a call, agents can update a CRM, create tasks, draft emails or sync to Jira and Notion, triggered by meeting end, keyword or schedule.
- Integrations. Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Slack, Notion, Asana and ClickUp connections, plus Zapier, Make, n8n, a REST API and an MCP server.
- Uploads. Upload old audio or video recordings to get the same transcript, summary and action items.
- Security. MeetGeek lists SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, CCPA and HIPAA (BAA available), EU or US data hosting, and says customer data is not used to train AI.
