What does Wrike do?

Wrike is a work management platform for planning and tracking team projects, with Gantt charts, dashboards, approvals and AI. Paid plans start at $10 per user a month, billed yearly, on Team (2 to 15 users). It suits teams that run structured projects with deadlines and sign-offs; skip it if you work alone or need a cheap monthly plan.

  • Projects, tasks and Gantt charts. Plan work in board, table and interactive Gantt views (Gantt from Team) and track tasks and subtasks to completion.
  • Dashboards and reporting. Shareable real-time dashboards from Team; Pinnacle adds advanced reporting, BI and budgeting.
  • Request forms. Intake forms that turn requests into tasks. Team gets team-level forms only; full request forms start on Business.
  • Proofing and approvals. Review files online, leave markup and collect approvals, including from guests, on Business and higher.
  • Resource management and time tracking. Workload charts, resource view, time tracking and timesheets on Business; capacity planning, bookings and job roles on Pinnacle.
  • Workflow automation. Rules that remove manual steps, with 50 actions per seat a month on Team and 200 on Business. Team can create rules from plain-language prompts.
  • Wrike Copilot and AI agents. AI Essentials on Team covers writing help, comment summaries and board AI. Business and higher add AI Elite actions for Copilot and AI agents at no extra fee.

Checked on Oct 24, 2026 from a US connection. Prices are in US dollars per user per month, billed yearly, before tax. The FAQ says Business and higher plans are annual-only; the page shows no monthly price and doesn't say whether Team can be billed monthly. Seats are sold in groups (five at a time for accounts up to 30 seats), viewers can be added free and contributors pay a reduced rate. Example: 5 users on Team cost $50 a month ($600 a year); on Business, $125 a month ($1,500 a year). Going over your AI Elite action limit leads to a usage discussion, not an automatic charge.
