lemlist Alternatives (2026): 5 Cold Outreach Tools Worth a Look

This page has no affiliate links right now: every link goes straight to the vendor. How we make money.

lemlist is a sales engagement platform: it finds leads in its own database, personalizes messages with AI and sends automated sequences by email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and SMS. The right lemlist alternative depends on why you want to leave: the price of LinkedIn steps, per-user costs, paid data add-ons, or wanting an AI agent to do the work.

The short answer

For cheaper email-only sending under 5,000 emails a month, try Instantly ($47/mo). For LinkedIn plus email, pick Dripify ($79/user/mo). For multichannel with an AI SDR option, use Reply.io (from $59/user/mo). To hand off research and writing, try AiSDR ($1.50 per prospect).

lemlist pricing in brief

lemlist has two published plans. Email is $69/mo ($55/mo billed yearly) for 50,000 emails a month, with unlimited users and unlimited senders. Multichannel adds LinkedIn, calls and SMS for $109/mo ($87/mo yearly), and its price rises with the number of users. Each Multichannel user gets 5 senders. Enterprise is custom.

Data is extra. Lead enrichment costs $20/mo for 2,000 credits, and buying-intent signals $29/mo for 100 signals. lemlist says it charges credits only for successful finds, and unused credits roll over while you subscribe. WhatsApp is an add-on even on Multichannel. These are the prices shown to a US visitor on October 19, 2026; lemlist bills in dollars, euros or pounds by location.

Why people look for a lemlist alternative

  • LinkedIn costs a plan upgrade. LinkedIn and call steps need Multichannel, from $109/mo, not the $69 Email plan.
  • Multichannel grows with your team. The price rises with each user you add.
  • Data is a second bill. Enrichment and intent signals are paid add-ons.
  • The cheapest plan isn’t the cheapest tool. If you send a few thousand emails alone, Instantly starts $22/mo lower.
  • Mixed trial messages. The FAQ says 14 days, while a banner offered 30 days as a limited-time deal.

None of this makes lemlist a poor choice. For a team that sends a lot of email from one account, its Email plan was the clearest deal of the tools here.

What you’d pay: lemlist vs three alternatives

Per-user pricing changes the answer as your team grows. Here is what the published monthly prices add up to for five common setups. Lead data is left out, since every tool charges for it differently.

1 person, email only, 4,000 emails to 1,000 contacts a month$69$47$59Not built for email-only

3 people, email + LinkedIn (one LinkedIn account each)From $109, rises with usersNo LinkedIn steps listed$504 (3 × $99 + 3 × $69)$237 (3 × $79)

So lemlist is hard to beat for a team on email only, and Dripify is the cheapest way to add LinkedIn. lemlist’s pricing page sets the Multichannel price with a user selector rather than a printed per-seat figure, so check the total for your team size before you compare.

How we chose

We picked tools that replace lemlist for a common reason to switch, and read each pricing page from a US connection on October 19, 2026. We compared published prices, what each price is charged per, channels and free options. We haven’t tested these tools hands-on yet, so we don’t rank them on deliverability, reply rates or support.

Apollo, Waalaxy and Lusha also come up often. We couldn’t confirm US-dollar prices for them on their pricing pages, so they aren’t covered here.

Instantly: best for solo senders who only need email

Screenshot of the Instantly homepage
Instantly homepage, captured Oct 15, 2026. The live site may look different.

Cold email platform that sends from unlimited email accounts with built-in warmup, plus a B2B lead database, email verification, a CRM and AI agents for prospecting and replies.

Starts at
$47/mo, Outreach Growth, billed monthly ($37.60/mo billed yearly)
Free option
Free start, no card (length not stated)

Compared with lemlist: Instantly’s Outreach Growth plan is $22/mo less than lemlist’s Email plan and includes unlimited inboxes and warmup. The catch is the cap: 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts a month, against 50,000 emails on lemlist Email. Lead data is a separate Credits plan (from $47/mo), and its pricing page listed no LinkedIn steps on our check date.

Who it’s for: You send under 5,000 emails a month, by email only, and want to spread sending across many inboxes.

Skip it if: You send more than 5,000 emails a month. The next plan, Hypergrowth, is $97/mo, which is more than lemlist Email. The page also listed Hypergrowth at $358 in another section, so check before you pay.

$59/user/mo, Email Volume, billed monthly ($49 billed yearly)
Free option
14-day trial

Compared with lemlist: Reply.io charges per user. Email Volume sends unlimited emails to 1,000 active contacts a month. Multichannel is $99 per user/mo ($89 yearly) with unlimited active contacts, but LinkedIn ($69/mo per account) and calls and SMS ($29/mo) are paid add-ons. Its AI SDR, Jason, is a separate plan from $800/mo ($500 billed yearly) for 1,000 to 3,000 active contacts.

Who it’s for: You want email, LinkedIn and calls in one sequence, and you may hand prospecting to an AI SDR later.

Skip it if: Several people share email-only outreach. Three Reply.io users start at $177/mo; lemlist Email lists unlimited users for $69/mo.

Dripify: best for reaching prospects on LinkedIn first

LinkedIn automation tool that runs multi-step outreach sequences across LinkedIn and email, with an email finder, AI icebreakers, team management and CRM integrations.

Starts at
$79/user/mo, Pro, billed monthly ($59 billed yearly)
Free option
7-day trial, no card

Compared with lemlist: Dripify is built around LinkedIn. Sequences send connection requests, messages, Sales Navigator InMails and profile views, with email steps added in. Each seat connects one LinkedIn account and includes 100 email-finder credits a month. On lemlist, LinkedIn steps need the Multichannel plan, which starts at $109/mo.

Who it’s for: Your buyers reply on LinkedIn more than by email, and you want LinkedIn plus email for less than lemlist Multichannel.

Skip it if: You need calls, SMS or WhatsApp, or high email volume. Dripify’s daily quotas (75 connection requests, 30 InMails) cap how many people you reach.

AiSDR: best for handing research and replies to an AI agent

Screenshot of the AiSDR homepage
AiSDR homepage, captured Oct 15, 2026. The live site may look different.

AI SDR agent that finds prospects from web signals or your CRM, researches each lead, runs email, LinkedIn and phone sequences, answers replies and books meetings, with HubSpot and Salesforce sync.

Starts at
$1.50 per prospect, pay as you go, no monthly fee
Free option
Sign up with no card; you pay when you launch a campaign

Compared with lemlist: AiSDR is an AI SDR: an AI agent that does a sales rep’s first steps. It finds prospects, researches each one, writes email, LinkedIn and phone steps, answers replies and books meetings. On our check date it charged $1.50 per person prospected, billed daily, with team plans for 1,000+ contacts a month priced by volume. So 200 prospects cost $300, about four months of lemlist Email.

Who it’s for: You’d rather pay for fewer, well-researched messages than write sequences yourself.

Skip it if: You email thousands of people a month on a small budget. At $1.50 each, 5,000 prospects cost $7,500. Team-plan prices aren’t published.

When to stay on lemlist

  • Several people share email outreach. The $69 Email plan lists unlimited users and senders, up to 50,000 emails a month.
  • You want email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp in one tool with a lead database built in.
  • You rely on native Salesforce, HubSpot or Attio sync, which lemlist lists on its site.

Whichever tool you pick, clean your list first. An email checker such as Bouncer ($8 per 1,000 checks) removes bad addresses that hurt your sender reputation. In the US, the FTC’s CAN-SPAM guide applies to business email too.
