Durable FAQ
How much does Durable cost?
As of Oct 23, 2026: Free $0, Launch $25/mo and Grow $49/mo, billed monthly. Yearly billing is advertised as 15% cheaper. The pricing table also shows $22 and $41 a month without saying which billing period, so confirm the yearly total at checkout.
Is Durable free?
There's a free plan, not a time-limited trial. It gives you an AI-built website on a durable.site address, 300 AI credits in total and a CRM for up to 10 customers. To use your own domain you need Launch ($25/mo) or Grow ($49/mo).
Is Durable AI good for small businesses?
It's built for them. One plan covers the website, CRM, bookings, payments and an AI assistant, so it fits a local service business or solo owner who wants to get online fast. It fits less well if you want full design control (Durable is no-code with limited HTML editing) or an online store (its FAQ says it isn't designed for ecommerce). We haven't tested it hands-on.
Can I use my own domain on Durable?
Yes, on paid plans. You can register a new domain (up to $20 value on Launch, a $40 credit on Grow) or connect one you already own by updating its A and CNAME records at your registrar. Durable's help center says DNS changes can take up to 48 hours.
What are the best Durable alternatives?
It depends on what you need. Hostinger Website Builder costs from $2.99/mo on a 48-month term (renews at $10.99/mo) if price matters most. Wix starts at $17.77/mo billed yearly for drag-and-drop editing. Framer starts at $10/mo for design control. Webflow starts at $25/mo ($15/mo yearly) for custom-designed sites. UENI starts at $24.99/mo if you'd rather have a team build the site for you. Those prices come from each vendor's pricing page, checked Oct 10, 2026.
Durable vs Wix: which is easier?
Durable generates the whole site for you from a few details, and its paid plans include a CRM, bookings and payments. Wix is a drag-and-drop editor with AI-assisted site creation, where you place and style elements yourself. Pick Durable for the fewest setup decisions and Wix if you want more control over the layout. Durable starts at $25/mo billed monthly; Wix at $17.77/mo billed yearly, and Wix says its prices vary by location.
Can I keep my domain if I leave Durable?
Yes, but you have to ask. Durable's pricing FAQ says to contact them to transfer the domain out, that the transfer takes a couple of weeks and that a minimum subscription time applies. We didn't find a site export option in Durable's pricing FAQ or cancellation articles, so plan to rebuild your pages on the new builder.
How do I cancel Durable, and do I get a refund?
Go to Settings, then Billing, then Cancel Plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle and you aren't charged again. Durable's help center says refunds are not issued automatically; contact support if you think an error entitles you to one.
